Ways to access the Great Chinese private tour of China Wall. Prices for transportation and entranceTo visit the Great Wall, you have many alternatives of access, on its entire length. However, there are some areas that are most used by the Chinese and the tourists to reach it: Badaling, Mutianya, Simatai and Shixiaguan. All are located north of Beijing and are quite close to one another. Shixiaguan is located at the smallest distance from Beijing.On the first place, among the most popular ways to access the Great Wall, there is Badaling. It is two hours away from Beijing and the ascension Guilin Attractions up to the wall is less demanding than in other areas, which make it more attractive. The Badaling section was built 500 years ago, during the Ming Dynasty, and is one of the best preserved sections of wall. You can take a tourist bus from Tiananmen Square, called "Badaling Great Wall". The departures are between 7:30 and 11:30 am, and the price for a round trip is 90 CNY. From Beijing you can also reach Badaling by train.
A single trip costs 15 CNY and a round trip is 25 CNY. To visit the Badaling section, you will pay between 40 and 45 CNY.
